So Psyched to Be a Marathoner!
Congrats to Academy member Jo Beth on running her first marathon at the Jackson Hole Marathon in Wyoming!
Here is what she wrote,
“So psyched I can finally share my own post saying I AM A MARATHONER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The weather forecast changed from sunny and gorgeous to cold and rainy two days before the race….and three days after I had packed up my car and driven to Jackson with no rain coat or long sleeve of any kind.
Luckily, Eddie Bauer saved the day and my childhood best friend and I were able to cross the finish line together smiling and crying tears of joy!
Thank you Angie and Trevor for helping me become a life long runner and changing my health and life for the better. I HAVE WHAT IT TAKES TO RUN A MARATHON AND CHANGE MY LIFE!!!!!!!” Continue Reading →

Podcast Fan in Estonia Runs the Kihnu Marathon
This race report was sent in by an MTA Podcast fan Estonia named Joonas Püvi.
As you can imagine, all big marathons in Estonia have been cancelled (well, you can still run them virtually), so I wasn’t able to run my planned Tallinn Marathon.
Two weeks before the previously scheduled run I was double checking the marathon calendar and to my surprise, I found a small marathon still happening!
Not virtually, but physically!

100 Mile Challenge is Now Live!
You’ve heard of the Mona Lisa . . . let me introduce you to The “Corona Lisa” 100 Mile Challenge. Perhaps my greatest masterpiece! 😆
This will be a unique challenge because it requires you to run (or walk) 100 miles. You accumulate the miles over a certain number of days, the goal is up to you. Some of you will be able to log 100 miles in 1 month, some faster some slower.
We also had a fun online Run Tracker built for you to log your miles, watch your progress, and unlock new digital badges. Plus we added some freebies from Coach Angie on the run tracker page.
Check out my video for all the details:
