1000 Miles: Reflections on a Challenging Year

I just reached the 1000-mile mark last weekend. This alone is a miracle for me, even though I have reached the milestone several times before.

“Thank you guys for changing my life . . .”

Congrats to Rochelle W. from the Netherlands on conquering her first marathon!! She was inspired to keep training after signing up for our 100 Mile Challenge.

“Hi Angie and Trevor,

Last Sunday I finished my first marathon distance at a 44.5k trail run! I never ever had been able to do that if it wasn’t for your Corona Lisa challenge!

October 2020 I started that challenge after just been run/walking for a month. That challenge and the FB community changed my life.

I started this year with the 300 mile challenge and worked my way up the 500 and 700 mile one and am currently trying to get to 1000 before the end of the year. (71 miles to go). For the race I used your trail marathon training plan and I loved it! Thank you guys for changing my life and making me a marathoner! -Rochelle”
