Yes!!! Angie’s Fat Adapted Eating Plan is live!

Here’s a video that shows you what it means to become a fat adapted runner; three huge benefits to cutting sugars and grains out of your diet.

Angie shares the breakthrough she and I have had in our health and fitness and how you too can enjoy more energy for running and doing the activities you love, fewer sugar cravings, fewer mid-day energy crashes, and the secret to losing fat without counting calories or exercising your butt off.

    Hi Angie/Trev!

I am very interested in buying this, but I had a couple of quick questions. Besides providing recipes and the reasons to move to being fat adapted, do you also provide pre-race plans? Also, how about what to eat during the run and then after the race? I know you two use UCAN, and it is something that I use as well but I am wondering if there are better options.

I went to NSNG, well 80% NSNG, after listening to Vinnie on your podcast but I would really like to get a runners point of view on NSNG. Thanks in advance and have a great day!

      Hi Steven!

Thanks for leaving a question! Yes we will be talking about fueling for a marathon (I’m guessing that by pre-race plans you are referring to fueling?). In fact, Angie and I just recorded a new training lesson about Fat Adapted Fueling. It will be added to the Academy soon.

As far as Ucan goes, it has been working well for us. But we know of people who have learned to fuel with olives, some with cheese, there are options.

Congrats on cutting out sugars and grains.
