I heard this episode yesterday on my way to work and found it very informative and illustrating. Even more interesting, when I got back to the office I found an email from my running store asking me if I wanted to pace on of the “12 miles of Christmas” group run on the 24th… I have never paced before but thanks to this episode I was able to say yes with the certainty that I can do it.

I’m glad it was so helpful and came at an opportune time. Good luck with your upcoming pacing gig!

And the gig comes with a free pair of Brooks, so I can’t complain.
