In this episode we bring you on a 114 mile journey around the highest mountain in the Alps -the famous Tour du Mont Blanc. We begin in Chamonix, France and then cross into Italy, Switzerland, and back to Chamonix with listeners to the MTA podcast.
Listen as we describe the beauty and the challenge of the trail, the mountain culture of the Alps, and the endurance mindset of the runners who joined us there.

Just listened to the episode and have major FOMO!! Sounds like such an amazing adventure! Are you going to be able to get Angie to do that trip again next summer? I hope I get another chance to join!
I think we will go back to the Alps but do a different running adventure. There are so many options over there.
Loved the podcast!
I am wondering if members of the group might share their training plans in prep for this. As a flatlander, I would think it would take intense training for me to prepare.
Thanks! We were all given a training plan by Run the Alps. Some people worked with an MTA Coach.
