I RAN the entire 26.2 miles and finished strong. Every one of you allowed me to achieve this accomplishment 10 months after I quit smoking, 9 months after I began running, many years after I chose to be alive. -Gary T.

Just finished the Dublin Marathon with a 40 minute PR of 4:26:05. After listening to one episode, I immediately signed up to MTA.
