Hey all, I finished my first half marathon today thanks to Angie and Trevor and the support I received from the awesome MTA Community. I followed Angie’s beginner half marathon training plan and was listening to the podcasts throughout my training & long runs. -Rajmohan J.

I shaved off 37 minutes from my PR and last marathon with MTA coach Lynn’s guidance. Onto the next race! -Megan M.
