Grant is now running on Streets of Gold and a scholarship for New Covenant School in Arlington, Massachusetts (where he would have been a first-grader) has been established in his name.
The Grant Brown Scholarship is in place to help those students and their families who may be distracted by financial worry to focus more on learning, serving and building integrity.
Virtual 5k this Saturday
Event Details
The 2nd Annual Streets of Gold 5K this Saturday, July 25th is virtual this year. That means you can run wherever you are and share the joy of running that Grant clearly possessed. There is no registration fee, but donations are welcomed. If you already had a Saturday run planned or think you just might put one on your
schedule, please consider running it on Streets of Gold.
Here’s all the information you need to know to register for free and donate if you’d like: http://www.streetsofgold5k.com/the-virtual-5k.html. Be sure to post a running picture and your location on FB here: www.facebook.com/streetsofgold5k. Your
participation will put in motion one of the greatest values Grant’s parents instilled in him—helping others.
