At the expo hanging out with some amazing people!
We just finished the Des Moines Marathon & Half Marathon in the great mid-western state of Iowa.
It was great to meet up with Academy members Coleen and Lee Stats, Kristi Benz, and Christine and Dan Savage both yesterday and today. Race recap will be coming!
Fun Fact: Lee and Coleen were on podcast episode #123. Angie coached Lee to a Boston qualifying time. Kristi appeared on episode #106 to talk about her first Boston Marathon, and Dan appeared on episode #142 (Lincoln Marathon Race Recap).
Everyone ran strong today in Des Moines!
